A little sketchbook painting of a gushy couple I saw the other day. So sweet.
This is also available as a print at my store
Hey dudes!
Just wanted to let ya’lls know that I’m making the “Cube Game” series available as a set of prints! You can pick some up Here!
Would anyone be interested in a “PokeMon From Memory” series of sketchbooks? The goal would be to draw as many as I can before my hand falls off and compile them into a 30 page volume. I’d like to have the descriptions that you guys have been sending in along-side the drawings in the book.
I want to draw at least three every week in-between projects. So keep those descriptions coming! Hopefully I can have the first volume finished before the end of the year.

Answer:
Thanks so much! They’re pretty similar, except gouache is way more opaque and lends itself better to layering and drybrushing than watercolor does. It can be a bit tricky use though, as darker colors tend to dry lighter and lighter colors dry a bit darker. This can sometimes lead to a dull, muddy look, especially if you’re mixing in white.
Hope that helps!
